Phitku is scaling fast and entering its next phase of growth as a breakout D2C deodorant brand with strong product–market fit, repeat customers, and ambitious expansion plans.

To lead this journey, we’re looking for a Head of D2C Growth with a true founder mindset—someone who treats the D2C channel like their own business, owns the P&L end-to-end, and knows how to build profitable, repeatable growth engines at scale.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ownership of Phitku’s D2C P&L
• Scaling performance marketing across Meta, Google, marketplaces & emerging channels
• Driving SEO, CRO, retention, lifecycle marketing & CRM automation
• Building strong attribution frameworks to track what truly drives growth
• Creating systems that scale from 0 1 100
• Working closely with founders to shape Phitku’s digital growth narrative

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience scaling high-growth D2C / BPC brands
• Deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing & growth analytics
• Strong understanding of retention, repeat purchase & LTV-led growth
• A builder who thrives in high-ownership, fast-scaling environments
• Someone who thinks like a founder, not just a functional leader
