Head of Commercial

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and shaping Brick2Wall's base metals strategy in India as the Head Commercial (Base Metals). Reporting to the Director - Commercial (Metals), your role will involve overseeing trade commercials, developing risk mitigation strategies, devising business strategies, and building a team of professionals. You will play a critical role in establishing Brick2Wall as a key player in the Indian base metal industry. Key Responsibilities: - Head trade commercials including sales and purchase activities - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies through hedging across exchanges - Devise business strategies to achieve a leading position in the Indian base metal industry - Build and nurture a team of professionals - Lead the development of organizational infrastructure to support growth from trading to manufacturing operations across the base metals value chain Qualifications: - Thorough understanding of the Base Metals value chain - Commercial understanding of trade practices - Strong network of customers, suppliers, and stakeholders - Proficiency in hedging mechanisms across MCX, LME, and other platforms - Experience in team management - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Minimum 20 years of experience in the base metals industry with a Bachelor's degree OR minimum 10 years of experience in the base metals industry post Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field,
