SunCrypto is a leading crypto trading platform committed to providinginnovative, secure, and user-friendly solutions for digital asset investors andtraders.Key Responsibilities● Develop and execute high-impact strategies to drive new useracquisition, retention, and engagement across B2C and B2B segments.● Design brand positioning strategies to make SunCrypto a trustedhousehold name in crypto.● Collaborate with PR agencies, content teams, and social mediastrategists to create a unified brand voice.● Lead GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for product launches,partnerships, and geographical expansions.● Identify and secure strategic partnerships with influencers, fintechplatforms, educational institutions, and media houses.● Represent SunCrypto at key fintech, blockchain, and crypto industryevents to enhance the brand’s thought leadership.● Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract and onboardHigh-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors to theplatform.● Collaborate with the Founders, Product, Marketing, Community, andSupport teams to align strategy with execution.● Drive revenue innovation through new product offerings, pricingmodels, and ecosystem integrations.

Required Qualifications
● 7–8 years of experience in business strategy roles within finance,fintech, or relevant fast-growth sectors.● Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and strategicprojects.● Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including data analysisfor business decisions.● Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, economics, or relatedfield.● Deep understanding or strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies,digital finance, and rapidly evolving regulatory environments.● Ability to design and optimize monetization models, fee structures, andreferral programs.● Skilled in leading and aligning cross-functional teams across marketingand tech.● Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementskills.● Hands-on experience with user growth hacking, funnel optimization,and performance marketing is a plus.What We Offer● Opportunity to drive impactful work at the frontier of digital finance.● Fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative team culture.● Flexible work arrangements and commitment to work–life balance.● Professional growth, training, and leadership opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
