About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships with leading global

  semiconductor and embedded systems organizations

  . • Pitch and win mandates for

  engineering, R&D, and leadership hiring

  across

  VLSI, Embedded, Firmware, and Hardware design

  domains. • Deliver high-quality outcomes on complex and niche search mandates ensuring

  client satisfaction and timely closures

  . • Own the

  P&L responsibility

  of the semiconductor hiring practice. • Lead, mentor, and expand internal and external recruitment teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Proven experience in recruitment consultancy, specifically with clients in the semiconductor industry.
• 10+ years of proven experience in

  semiconductor and embedded systems

  hiring

  .
• Demonstrated 360 business management expertise—

  client acquisition, delivery, and P&L ownership

  . • Prior experience working directly with

  global semiconductor product or design companies

  (mandatory). • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Proven track record of

  building and scaling hiring teams

  for niche technical domains.

Skills & Attributes

• High professional standards in dealing with stakeholders and clients across

  engineering and R&D domains

  . • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of

  contracts, SLAs, and project-based hiring models

  . • Analytical, systematic, and disciplined approach to solving

  business and talent challenges

  . • Ability to strengthen delivery capability to ensure

  timely, high-quality closures

  . • Awareness of emerging trends in

  semiconductor technology

  , including

  VLSI, ASIC, FPGA, Embedded, Automotive Electronics, ADAS, and AI Chip Design

  .
