Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Administration located in Kochi. The Head of Administration will oversee daily administrative operations, manage budgets, and ensure efficient financial processes including accounting and invoicing. The role includes strategic planning, analytical oversight, and collaboration with various departments to streamline workflows and support overall business operations.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills to assess and improve administrative processes
• Knowledge of Finance, including budgeting and financial planning
• Proficiency in Accounting and Invoicing practices and software
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in administrative and financial roles is preferred
