Description

The Head - New Store and Franchisee Acquisitions will be responsible for driving the growth of our retail footprint in India by identifying, evaluating, and securing new store locations and franchise partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in retail operations and franchise development.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for new store openings and franchisee acquisitions across India.
Identify and evaluate potential locations for new stores and franchise opportunities.
Negotiate terms and conditions with franchise partners and real estate owners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful store launch and operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential franchisees and real estate developers.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail space.
Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding acquisition progress and market insights.

Skills and Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in retail management or franchise development.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in market analysis and research methodologies.
Experience in project management and strategic planning.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to franchising in India.
