Head Marketing

As a Marketing Head for a premium luxury portable audio and accessories brand in India, your role will involve leading the launch and growth of the brand. You will have the opportunity to shape the brand's identity, voice, and market presence from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end launch strategy for India, encompassing positioning, messaging, and channel mix. - Crafting a compelling brand story by incorporating the founder's journey and communicating it across all touchpoints. - Partnering with musicians, artists, and influencers to build a cultural movement around the brand. - Driving integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, retail activations, and offline experiences. - Establishing the brand as a premium player in the Indian luxury and lifestyle market. - Overseeing digital marketing, social media, and analytics to achieve measurable business results. - Building and leading a marketing team to execute campaigns and expand brand presence. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 8-12 years of experience in marketing/brand management, preferably with luxury, premium consumer goods, or audio/tech brands. - Demonstrated expertise in brand launch and go-to-market execution in the Indian market. - A strong passion for music, art, and culture, along with the ability to engage communities and influencers. - Proficiency in both digital and offline marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign execution. - A creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, startup-style environment.
