Job Description

RoleOverview: As the AVP of Inside Sales, you will lead efforts to engage and connect with healthcare professionals, including doctors, patients, pharma companies, insurance firms, and hospitals. You will strategize and implement digital outreach plans, collaborating closely with the digital marketing team to craft tailored communication for targeted audiences. Your responsibilities will also include building a high-performing team, overseeing the end-to-end sales pipeline, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Target Market Identification: Identify and define key healthcare sectors such as doctors, healthcare providers, pharma companies, insurance firms, and hospitals for outreach. Digital Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement a digital outreach strategy to effectively connect with these key target groups. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create the messaging and communication strategies. Team Leadership & Development: Build and manage a diverse team consisting of email marketers, digital marketers, social media experts, and tele-calling representatives. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and refine the pipeline-to-onboarding journey for each product and business unit, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to customer onboarding. Sales Target Achievement: Be accountable for meeting monthly sales goals, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded. Must-Have Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years in inside sales or similar roles, with a deep understanding of the healthcare domain. Technology Proficiency: Proven ability to deploy the right tools and technology to improve efficiency, from pipeline management to customer onboarding. Training & Development: Strong ability to train and mentor team members, driving skill development and performance excellence. KPI & Incentive Structuring: Expertise in creating and implementing the right KPIs and incentive structures for a sales team. Collaborative Mindset: A strong marketing acumen with the ability to work effectively across functions, especially with Marketing and Sales Business Units. Sales Aggression: Results-driven, with a strong focus on sales closures and performance. Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and team management skills.
