Job Description

Role Overview:

The Head of HR will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving the people agenda across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure compliance with labour laws and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

- Talent Management: Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development

- Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, ethical standards, and internal policies

- Performance & Rewards: Design and manage performance appraisal systems and compensation frameworks

- HR Operations: Lead HR teams across functions including payroll, benefits, and employee relations

- Change Management: Support organizational transformation and change initiatives

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners
