Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. SOPs & Policies- standardize the process by defining the SOPs and implement the same as per the best industry practices.

2. Statutory Compliances & employment regulations- Ensure that the company complies with all latest regulations, accepted professional standards, policies & procedures and legislation.

3. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. 4. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

5. Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring effective use of resources.

6. Analyze HR metrics and data, providing insights and recommendations to management.

7. HRMS- to improvise the current process and automate the entire HR process through HRMS. 8. Implementation & execution of Performance Management System

9. Employee Engagement & Retention- Enhancing employee satisfaction & engagement, resolve grievances to minimize employee attrition

10. Recruitment- Support the recruitment team by bringing in best practices & MIS for the same. 11. Organisational Set up & Development- establish an organizational set up that clearly defines the role, department and hierarchy. This also includes finalizing KRA / KPI of each employee.

12. Payroll- have good working experience and knowledge of attendance, payroll calculation and processing that complies with the applicable rules and regulations.

13. Taxation- should have a proper understanding of Employee employer related taxation

14. MIS- Establish an HR MIS system.

15. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement, retention, and well-being.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication

2. Team management & leadership

3. Strong interpersonal skills

4. Expertise into change management HR systems and software

5. At least 10-12 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

6. Ability to analyze HR metrics and data, providing insights and recommendations.

7. Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
