  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute the recruitment process.
    • Conduct background checks, reference verification, and negotiate salaries.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  2. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Organize new employee orientation sessions to align them with company goals.
  3. Employee Relations:

    • Address employee concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
  4. Payroll & Benefits Management:

    • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Manage employee benefits and address queries related to compensation.
  5. HR Database Management:

    • Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
    • Prepare and maintain employee files and reports for audits or reviews.

Administrative Management:

  1. Office Management:

    • Oversee housekeeping, grocery inventory, and office stationery stock.
    • Ensure smooth daily office operations, including facility management and vendor coordination.
  2. Event Planning & Management:

    • Organize festival decorations and office celebrations.
    • Plan and manage expos, projects, and new company initiatives.
  3. Meetings & Coordination:

    • Schedule and conduct monthly meetings with department heads.
    • Follow up on action items and ensure interdepartmental coordination.
  4. Social Media & External Communication:

    • Manage the companys social media accounts, ensuring professional representation.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing strategies and project execution.
