Liaisoning with Authorities : Coordinate with sub-registrars, revenue officials, legal advisors, and government departments for property registrations, NOCs, mutation entries, and land conversion approvals. Risk Assessment : Identify potential legal risks in land transactions and advise the management on mitigation strategies. Litigation Management : Handle legal notices, civil disputes, property litigations, and represent the company in courts or tribunals if required. Legal Advisory : Advise internal departments and top management on contract enforcement, property development laws, and future acquisitions.

Software Proficiency: Operate Genius Software/ Tally Prime & genius for accurate accounting and reporting. Ensure data integrity and backup processes are followed. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records. Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts and financial analyses. Documentation and Filing: Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and records. Ensure timely filing of necessary financial documents and statutory returns.
