About The Role

Head – Fundraising & Partnerships

• Fundraising Strategy & Leadership: Drive implementation of 2–3 year fundraising plans, own annual targets, and manage donor lifecycles from prospecting to reporting.
• Partnership Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of CSR, philanthropic, and institutional funders while representing the organization at sector forums and events.
• Communications & Storytelling: Oversee proposals, pitch decks, reports, and campaigns to ensure compelling donor-facing narratives.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a strong fundraising team; establish donor management systems, CRM, and compliance frameworks.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate trust-based relationships with key donors, foundations, and corporate leaders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Programs, Finance, and Impact teams to align fundraising with organizational needs and outcomes.
  

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing sector.
• Proven track record of raising ₹12 Cr+ through CSR, foundations, or HNIs.
• Strong experience in securing and managing large, multi-year partnerships.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and proposal-writing skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead both vision and execution.
• Experience in team leadership, donor management systems, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of India’s social impact ecosystem.
