About The Role

Head – Fundraising & Partnerships

• Location: Flexible remote with required travel
• Key outcome: Sustainable resource mobilisation to meet organisational goals
  

• Strategy & Targets: Own 2–3 year fundraising plan and annual targets; monitor progress and refine approach.
• Pipeline & Partnerships: Build and manage pipelines for CSR, foundations, HNIs and institutional funders; close multi-year agreements.
• Donor Lifecycle Management: Lead prospecting, cultivation, stewardship, grant management and timely reporting.
• Communications & Storytelling: Oversee proposals, pitch decks and impact reports to ensure clear, compelling donor narratives.
• Team & Systems: Recruit, mentor and lead the fundraising team; implement CRM, compliance and donor-management processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align fundraising asks with Programs, Finance and Impact to ensure evidence-based proposals and efficient fund utilisation.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 8–16 years in fundraising, partnerships or business development within nonprofits, CSR or impact investing.
• Proven track record of raising ₹12 Cr+ from CSR, foundations or HNIs.
• Demonstrated experience securing and managing large, multi-year partnerships and grants.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and proposal-writing skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution focus.
• Experience with team leadership, CRM implementation and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of India’s social impact ecosystem.
