Job Description

Financial Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Monitor cash flow, forecast future financial trends, and manage capital requirements.
Advise top management on financial planning, risk management, and investments.

Accounting & Reporting

Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial entries.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets.
Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, audits, and financial regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
