Job Description: As the Finance Manager at OPPO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and effective financial management using SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial systems, excellent knowledge of statutory requirements, and strong leadership skills to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Management: - Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statements. - Manage the preparation and analysis of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports. - SAP Expertise: - Utilize SAP to manage financial data, generate reports, and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions. - Optimize SAP configurations and processes to improve financial management and reporting. - Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related financial issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency. - Statutory Compliance: - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax, and other relevant regulations. - Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. - Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required. - Funds Management: - Financial Analysis: - Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies. - Analyze pricing, sales results, and performance against business plans to support strategic decision-making. - Internal Controls and Processes: - Develop, document, and implement business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls. - Regularly review and update financial procedures to ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements. - Team Leadership: - Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Oversee the training and professional development of the finance team to ensure alignment with departmental goals. - Audit and Reporting: - Oversee and coordinate internal and external audit activities. - Prepare detailed financial performance reports for senior management and relevant stakeholders. - Stakeholder Liaison: - Act as the primary point of contact for statutory authorities, external auditors, and financial institutions. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with a strong background in SAP and statutory compliance. - Skills: - Expertise in SAP financial modules and systems. - In-depth knowledge of Indian statutory regulations, including tax laws and compliance requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven leadership and team management abilities.
