Job Title: Head - Contact Center

Note:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage contact center operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
  • Oversee call center management, including tele sales, telemarketing, and tele calling activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve metrics such as revenue generation, escalation management, and people management.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers through various channels (phone calls) to resolve their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 18-25 years of experience in BPO Operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Call Center Management, Contact Center Operations, Tele sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service Management.
  • Excellent people management skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Metrics analysis and Escalation Management techniques.
