Lead the engineering and estimation activities for heat exchangers, ensuring design quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Drive team performance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Experience in any type of Heat exchangers is mandatory.
• Strong leadership & project management experience in heat exchanger or process equipment design.
• Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Proven track record of team mentorship and delivering complex engineering projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards: ASME, TEMA, API.
