Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and other related equipment, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Conduct design calculations, stress analysis, and other engineering assessments for static equipment using specialized software (e.g. PV Elite, NozzlePro, HTRI) Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, and reports. Review and interpret project specifications, codes, and standards (e.g., ASME, EN, API) to ensure designs meet the required criteria. Assist in the selection and sizing of materials and components, considering mechanical properties, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Perform inspections, testing, and quality assurance procedures to ensure equipment meets performance and safety standards. Participate in design reviews and client meetings, providing technical support and recommendations. Troubleshoot design-related issues and provide solutions to improve functionality and efficiency. Hands on experience in design of Vessels, Shell and Tube Heat exchangers, Columns & Storage tanks as per latest standards like ASME Sec VIII Div 1, TEMA & API 650, Nozzle local analysis as per WRC 107 & 297 & ensure correctness of design. PVElite.

1 Candidate should have min 6-10 years of experience in Heat Exchanger/ Pressure vessel Design 2. Conversant with ASME Pressure vessel codes (e.g. ASME SEC VIII Div.1 2, Section II A D) , TEMA , API etc 3. Hands on experience on PV Elite and other pressure vessel design software 4. Hands on experience FE Analysis and ANSYS Software. 5. Checking of drawings of Pressure Vessel, Heat exchangers, Reactor Internals etc. 6. Knowledge of Weld symbols, Geometric dimensioning, and tolerances. 7. Strong communication skill 8. Should be able to communicate well with client, AI vendors across globe. 9. Ability to work on multiple projects and to maintain schedule of engineering activities. 10. Familiar with specification of major process licensor and EPC in field of OIL and Gas. Able to understand specifications, raise technical query and Material technical delivery condition.

2–3 years of experience in pressure vessel and heat exchanger estimation (ASME standards).
