A chef's job involves developing recipes, planning menus, managing food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes, and overseeing kitchen staff, while upholding health and safety standards.

We Need experience chef of at least 4 years of hotel and resort industry.

  • Recipe Development & Menu Planning:Chefs are responsible for creating new recipes, modifying existing ones, and planning menus that meet customer expectations and restaurant standards.
  • Food Preparation:They oversee the preparation of all dishes, ensuring they are cooked to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Ingredient Sourcing and Inventory:Chefs often source ingredients, maintain food inventory, and monitor portion control to align with budgetary constraints.
  • Technical Skills:Chefs need a strong foundation in cooking techniques, knife skills, and knowledge of different cuisines.
  • Taste and Presentation:Chefs must have a keen sense of flavour and an eye for presentation, ensuring dishes are both delicious and visually appealing.

Kitchen Management and Staff:

  • Staff Supervision:Chefs manage and train kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to create a cohesive team.
  • Delegation:They delegate tasks to kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
