Housekeeping Supervisor

A Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, managing staff, and maintaining inventory, ultimately creating a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Supervision and Management:
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff on cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Manage schedules and cover absences.
• Address guest complaints and issues related to housekeeping.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance:
• Inspect rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas for cleanliness and order.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order throughout the facility.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Inventory and Supplies:
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Order supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure adequate stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Other Duties:
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
