Reservation Executive

A Hotel Reservation Executive handles incoming reservation requests, confirms bookings, manages cancellations, and ensures smooth guest experiences by accurately processing and updating reservation data, while also potentially upselling and promoting hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Reservation Inquiries:Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from guests, travel agents, and other sources, providing information about room availability, rates, packages, and amenities.
• Processing Bookings:Accurately input reservation details into the hotel's reservation system, including guest information, room preferences, special requests, and payment details.
• Confirming Reservations:Send confirmation details to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary information for their stay.
• Managing Cancellations and Modifications:Handle cancellations, changes to existing reservations, and address guest inquiries or requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining Accurate Records:Keep reservation records and customer information up-to-date and organized.
• Coordinating with Other Departments:Work with front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Upselling and Promoting Services:Identify opportunities to upsell and promote hotel amenities, packages, and services to maximize revenue.
• Resolving Guest Concerns:Address guest concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining Confidentiality:Handle guest information and property data with discretion and confidentiality.
• Updating Room Vacancies:Keep online booking platforms and other channels updated with accurate room availability information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,224.67 - ₹25,892.03 per month
