Job Title: Reservation Executive
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (depending on experience/interview )
Experience: Minimum 6 months in reservations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation Executive to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling reservations, managing bookings, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle reservations and booking requests efficiently and accurately
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications
Provide timely updates and confirmations to clients
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Resolve customer complaints or issues related to reservations
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in reservations or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in reservation systems or MS Office is a plus
Graduation is preferred but not mandatory
