About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Reservation Executive to handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservation-related communication. The ideal candidate must be a graduate and possess proficiency in any one of the following languages: French, Russian, or Spanish.

Freshers with the required language skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reservation calls, emails, and online booking inquiries

Provide accurate information on room availability, pricing, and services

Process bookings, cancellations, and amendments

Maintain updated reservation records in the system

Coordinate with front office and other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Support promotional activities, upselling, and special offers

Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree (mandatory)

Knowledge of French / Russian / Spanish (any one language required)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills; knowledge of PMS/reservation systems is a plus

Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates (1–3 years) are welcome
