*Key Skills*

=>Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue.

=>Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards.

=>Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.

=>Keep accurate reservation and sales records; maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings—from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities.

=>Lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels.

=>Monitor and analyse sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of competition.

=>Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and consistent service excellence.

*Qualifications*

=>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred

=>2-3 years’ experience in Sales, Reservations, or Hospitality operations

=>Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities a must

=>Willingness to work flexible hours
