Reservations Executive

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across

  OTAs, PMS, calls, emails, and WhatsApp

• Handle all guest inquiries—from availability checks to detailed assistance
• Accurately manage

  pricing, discounts, offers, and taxes

  across platforms
• Professionally resolve guest concerns and ensure smooth communication
• Coordinate with housekeeping, operations & other internal teams for seamless stays
• Prepare and share

  daily reports

  with management
• Track

  market trends, competitor pricing

  , and demand patterns
• Maintain strong relationships with

  brokers, travel agents, and B2B partners

• Support concierge services &

  upsell add-ons

  for enhanced guest experience
• Be available to work on weekends/holidays when required (hospitality industry norms)

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate in

  Hospitality, Business, or related fields

• 1–3 years

  experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality operations
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Strong customer service and guest-handling abilities
• Good knowledge of

  Excel, PMS systems, and OTA platforms

  (Airbnb, MMT, Booking.com, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, courteous, and service-oriented
