Location: Bikaner

Job Description

1. To handle individual, corporate, OTA, and group reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.

2. To ensure accurate booking entries in the PMS, including guest details, rates, market segments, payment methods, and special requests.

3. To respond promptly and professionally to guest queries regarding rates, availability, facilities, and room types.

4. To process modification, confirmation, and cancellation requests as per hotel policies.

5. To maintain and update the reservation records, ensuring accuracy at all times.

6. To follow the upselling and cross-selling standards to maximize hotel revenue.

7. To coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams for special arrangements, group movements, and VIP handling.

8. To verify payment details, process advance deposits, and follow up with guests or agents for pending payments.

9. To assist in maintaining room inventory and rate parity on OTAs and booking channels.

10. To ensure all email inquiries are responded to within the stipulated time frame.

11. To maintain reservation files, correspondence, and documentation systematically.

12. To assist with preparing reservation-related reports such as daily arrivals, pickup reports, and booking trends.

13. To maintain high standards of communication, courtesy, and professionalism with guests and colleagues.

14. To support the Reservations Supervisor and Manager in achieving departmental goals and service standards.

15. To adhere to hotel policies, SOPs, and safety protocols in all reservation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
