Now we’re looking for a passionate Head Chef to bring this vision to life from the kitchen out. --- 👨‍🍳 Your Role as Head Chef As our founding Head Chef, you will: Lead the kitchen in setup, menu creation, hiring, and daily operations. Design a creative, cost-efficient, and crowd-pleasing menu — breakfast, brunch, and café-style meals. Build and manage a kitchen team with a focus on quality, hygiene, and teamwork. Oversee inventory, sourcing, and supplier relationships — with an eye for fresh, local ingredients. Maintain food safety standards and ensure exceptional plating and taste.
