Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during maintenance activities. - Drive continuous improvement by leading R&D efforts and identifying market trends for maintaining a competitive edge. - Oversee the implementation of digital tools and smart technologies to optimize manufacturing processes. - Foster a collaborative and agile culture aligned with company values, driving employee engagement and organizational growth. - Lead effective change management strategies to guide the organization through transitions. - Develop and promote training initiatives to enhance skills and empower teams to take ownership. - Ensure high product quality, timely delivery, and customer-centric service. - Oversee and coordinate all cell maintenance operations across both plants. - Define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators related to cell maintenance. - Collaborate with other departments for seamless integration of maintenance activities. - Manage relationships with OEMs for maintenance support and equipment upgrades. - Develop and manage the maintenance budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource utilization. - Focus on maximizing machine uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. - Develop and execute long-term maintenance strategies to improve operational efficiency. - Lead and manage the cell maintenance team, providing guidance and fostering continuous improvement. - Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, budget adherence, and operational issues. Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical. MTech preferred. - Work Experience: Minimum 15-22 years of extensive experience in cell maintenance operations in the solar industry.
