As the Head - Cell Maintenance, your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize maintenance operations across both solar plants to ensure high performance and reliability. This role involves managing KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional coordination, maximizing machine uptime, maintaining effective OEM relationships, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance practices. Key responsibilities include: - Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during maintenance activities. - Driving continuous improvement through leading R&D efforts and identifying market trends. - Overseeing the implementation of digital tools and smart technologies for optimizing manufacturing processes. - Fostering a collaborative and agile culture aligned with company values. - Leading effective change management strategies and guiding the organization through transitions. - Developing and promoting training initiatives for employee growth and empowerment. - Ensuring high product quality, timely delivery, and customer-centric service. - Overseeing and coordinating all cell maintenance operations across both plants. - Defining, monitoring, and achieving key performance indicators related to cell maintenance. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities. - Managing relationships with OEMs for maintenance support and equipment upgrades. - Developing and managing the maintenance budget and optimizing resource utilization. - Maximizing machine uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. - Developing long-term maintenance strategies to support plant goals and improve operational efficiency. - Leading and managing the cell maintenance team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Preparing reports on maintenance performance and using data for decision-making and strategic planning. Key qualifications include: - Educational Qualification: B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical; MTech preferred. - Work Experience: Minimum 15-22 years of extensive experience in cell maintenance operations in the solar industry. Key stakeholders include internal teams such as Cluster Managers, Shift Engineers, and Technicians, as well as external stakeholders like Equipment Suppliers, Maintenance Contractors, and Regulatory Agencies.,
