3. Regulatory Knowledge Understanding of rules and regulations governing the land deals and projects in State of Delhi NCR, Punjab and Haryana.

4. Lead identification, conducting feasibility analysis, detailed market research, financial modelling, and project evaluation

direct facing with IPC, PMC, Societies and Redevelopment partners, along with high aptitude.

an extremely successful team which is both highly motivated and highly talented.

7. Understanding structure of legal MOU:

8. Negotiation skills especially societies, redevelopment partners
