Timings: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support Role:

Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate.
Comfortable working in 24x7 US shifts.
