In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review, analyze and understand project requirements and technical design documents. Should be able to provide inputs/feedback for enhancements.
- Prepare complete design, prototyping plan and seamless execution to get protos ready for engineering validations.
- Quicky adopt existing architectural and technical documents and prepare new document based on project requirements.
- Able to understand complete product specifications and prepare product test plan, Timelines, Levels of Testing, Test Environment, Risk & mitigation plan and Retrospective points.
- Basic/intermediate knowledge of EMI/EMC (61000x, 61326, Namur) industry standards
- Identify and develop detailed and comprehensive test scenarios, test cases and gather test data to verify product requirements following the strategies mentioned in test plan.
- Willingness to work flexible hours that works best with the local and remote engineering center(s).

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Should have good knowledge and hands on over EMI-EMC filter design for power + IOs
- Should be able to handle tools like DSO, MSO, Differential Amplifier etc.
- Should be able to draw schematic and provide input to PCB team for further PCB layout
- Should be able to simulate the circuit in LTSpice, or other simulation software
- Should be able to prepare BOM, handle component procurement and able to execute proto development cycle under the lead guidance, which involves prototype verification (Functional, thermal, and environmental validations)
- Should be able to execute EMC validations under the lead guidance and assist lead for trouble shooting and design fixes.
- A track record of successful product developments and enhancements
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Have min. 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, development, and validation
- Experience with electronics hardware including digital and analog circuit design (Op-amp based circuits) and analysis, microprocessor-based board level design including different peripherals like A/D converters, should be aware of industrial protocol interface RS485/ Modbus/ Ethernet/ UART/ SPI/I2C and basics of power supplies design (Buck/Boost converters)
- : B.E/ME in Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
