Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Halwai to join our team at Radisson Blu Dharamshala - Kitchen, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Halwai or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and hygiene procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
