Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Halwai to join our team at Radisson Blu Dharamshala - Kitchen, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Halwai or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and hygiene procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
