Location: Saket (New Delhi) Salary: Rs.16,000 – Rs.16,000 per month (AI PF & ESIC) + food Experience: minimum 3 years (preferably from restaurants) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Halwai to join our team at Pind Balluchi, Saket. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing a wide variety of traditional Indian sweets, desserts, and festive specialities, maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian sweets and desserts (mithai). Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control. Follow traditional recipes while also innovating new variations as per customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Monitor ingredient stock and assist in inventory management. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Halwai (restaurant or hotel experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Indian sweets such as Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Jalebi, Ladoo, Barfi, Halwa, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations. Team player with good discipline and work ethics.
