We are looking for a skilled and experienced Halwai who can confidently prepare traditional North Indian snacks and breakfast items for our shop. The ideal candidate should be efficient, consistent in taste and quality, and capable of handling daily kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality samosas, choley bhature, aloo poori, and similar Indian snacks/breakfast items. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and presentation. Prepare doughs, fillings, gravies, and accompaniments efficiently. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. Manage daily raw material usage, storage, and minimize wastage. Assist in menu improvement and new snack recipes as required. Coordinate with kitchen helpers and support staff for smooth operations. Maintain timely preparation for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
