Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs Provide excellent customer service to our customers Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications Graduate (Any Discipline except Law). We are not considering undergraduates/result awaited candidates/pursuing candidates for these roles. Freshers are also eligible. Candidates with previous exp.
