Develop and maintain digital dashboards for real-time monitoring of key quality metrics (KPIs), enabling quick decision-making and transparent communication across the organization. Foster a strong quality-first mind set across all levels of the organization, emphasizing the importance of food safety and quality in every task. Develop and implement training programs aimed at increasing awareness of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance among all employees. Create opportunities for employees at all levels to participate in quality initiatives, such as quality circles, Kaizen events, and suggestion programs.
