Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly with a professional attitude.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for service.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and maintain product knowledge.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service.
• Handle billing, payments, and resolve guest concerns courteously.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience as a

  GSA / Steward / Waiter

  in a restaurant, lounge, or bar.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Smart personality with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Hotel Management Diploma or relevant experience preferred.
