Job Summary:

As a Guest Service Associate at Sajjan Jawai Chapter, you will be the face of the property—responsible for providing warm hospitality, seamless check-in/check-out experiences, and prompt assistance to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay in the serene surroundings of Jawai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, calls, and requests professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date guest records and room status in the system/register.
• Assist guests with travel arrangements, local sightseeing, and activity recommendations in Jawai.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Handle cash and billing transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Arow Hospitality’s service standards.

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (hotel software exposure preferred).
• Team player with attention to detail and service quality.
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• 0–1 year of experience in front office or guest service (fresher’s may apply).

Work Environment:

• Property: Sajjan Jawai Chapter – a luxury wildlife & leisure resort.
• Location: Jawai, Rajasthan.
• Accommodation and meals will be provided by the company (as per policy).
