Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Rajarhat. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, managing guest accounts, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Services and Customer Service
• Proficiency in handling Reservations and managing guest accounts
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
