Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Mumbai. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and delivering personalized service with effective communication. The associate will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
