Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Mumbai. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with reservations, and providing comprehensive customer support. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for all guests.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience with Reservations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
