Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate, located in Kolkata. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day guest interactions, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting guests, addressing inquiries, assisting with reservations, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience, and communicating effectively with both guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Reservations
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
