Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate, located in Kolkata. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day guest interactions, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting guests, addressing inquiries, assisting with reservations, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience, and communicating effectively with both guests and team members. Qualifications Guest Services and Customer Service skills Experience in managing Reservations Excellent Communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
