Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at our Kolkata location. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling reservations and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs. Additional tasks include maintaining guest records, handling payments, and addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly to ensure a delightful stay. Qualifications Guest Services and Customer Service skills Experience in handling Reservations and inquiries Excellent Communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous hospitality experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
