Role: Guest Service Associate

Role Overview:

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality team, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and memorable experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist guests with seating, menu guidance, and service requirements
  • Take and relay accurate food & beverage orders to the service team
  • Ensure timely service and handle guest queries or concerns effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining/service area
  • Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold Foodlink’s service standards and brand values at all times

Candidate Profile:

  • A background in

    hospitality, hotels, or restaurants

    preferred
  • Strong communication and guest-handling skills
  • Presentable, energetic, and service-oriented personality
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • Based in

    Mumbai
