Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate in Niravi Jaipur. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for working in food and beverage service, butler service and front office.

Qualifications

• Skills in Guest Services and Guest Service
• Food and Beverage Service experience.
• Proficient in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
