Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at Lemon Tree Hotels in Hisar. The role involves providing exceptional guest services, including handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, and delivering a seamless experience for all guests. The Guest Services Associate will manage check-in/check-out processes, address complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction by maintaining communication with guests and ensuring high-quality service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Service management for delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills to ensure streamlined operations and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective guest interactions and teamwork.
