Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, orient & coach staff on guest relations practices and service standards

• Check guests in & out, manage reservations & handle payments

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hotel Management

Skills Required:

• Basic MS Word

• Proficient in English

• Clear and effective communication

• Well-groomed & presentable personality
